Until March 15, 2021, we are only accepting new clients for expungement and criminal record sealing cases. Call our office or email us to learn more about our services. If you are seeking help with another issue, please visit lawhelp.org or check in with us after March 15, 2021.
COVID-19 UPDATE: CLADC remains open but our offices are closed to the public. To inquire about a virtual clinic appointment, please call us at (202) 710-0592 or message us online.
While our experience or expertise varies across our volunteer pool and from clinic-to-clinic, we are generally able to offer information, referral services, legal advice and occasional representation (depending on availability and resources) for the types of matters listed below. To get help from CLADC, you must first register for one of our legal clinics or speak with a CLADC representative, who will verify your eligibility, which typically involves confirming your income level and clearing conflicts checks.
